Role Purpose As Analyst I - Regional HR at Accelya, you will provide HR generalist support to employees and managers in assigned regional markets, assisting with HR processes, employment matters, onboarding and people queries across our global airline technology workforce. Duties & Responsibilities • Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers in assigned regional markets, addressing HR queries, policies and processes in line with local legislation • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new starters and leavers in assigned regions, ensuring a positive and compliant experience • Maintain accurate employee records in Workday HCM, ensuring all regional data is current and correctly reflects local employment terms • Support employee relations matters at an early stage, escalating complex cases to senior HR professionals for guidance • Assist in administering local benefits, leave entitlements and compensation processes in line with regional requirements • Use generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT or equivalent, Microsoft Copilot) to draft HR communications, policy summaries and manager guidance documents for regional audiences • Contribute to HR compliance activities including local statutory reporting, audit preparation and employment documentation management Required Experience & Skills • 0–2 years of experience in an HR generalist, regional HR or HR coordinator role • Basic understanding of employment law and HR processes in at least one relevant jurisdiction • Good communication skills and a professional, helpful approach to employee and manager interactions • Proficiency in Workday or a comparable HRIS for maintaining employee records • Organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related field; CIPD Level 3 or equivalent preferred Preferred Experience & Skills • Familiarity with Workday HCM AI features for employee data management, automated workflow processes and basic workforce reporting • Experience using generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT or equivalent, Microsoft Copilot) for drafting HR communications, policy summaries or cross-cultural guidance documents • Awareness of how AI tools are being used in HR operations to improve efficiency, including automated onboarding workflows and AI-assisted policy translation • Interest in multi-country HR management and exposure to working in a global, multicultural organisation What do we offer? • An open culture with a creative and challenging opportunity to satisfy your intellectual needs • Flexible working hours • Smart working: a hybrid remote/office working environment • Work-life balance • An excellent, dynamic and multicultural environment to work in About Accelya Accelya is a leading global software provider to the airline industry, powering over 200 airlines with an open, modular software platform.
