The Role

The Account Executive is responsible for building a sales pipeline through outbound cold calling, prospecting, and follow-up on marketing campaigns. They must respond to inbound customer inquiries promptly, conduct product demos, and create accurate sales proposals. Account Executives are required to maintain precise records in the company's CRM system and adhere to all company policies. Additionally, they must participate in sales meetings and meet sales targets set by management.

Location

This is a hybrid position requiring onsite attendance in Malvern, PA at least three days per week. Candidates must reside in Pennsylvania, Delaware, NJ and within a reasonable commuting distance of the office at the time of hire. Relocation assistance is not available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a sales pipeline through outbound cold calling, prospecting, and marketing campaign follow-up efforts to target market prospects and existing customers.
  • Respond to all inbound customer inquiries and leads in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct customer product demos and respond to technical product questions.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to generate sales proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions on company CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics 365, complying with company CRM policy and procedures.
  • Participate in sales meetings to review and discuss sales pipeline, sales productivity, and sales results as requested.
  • Meet assigned sales effort and sales results goals as established by management.
