Job Summary
We are hiring an Engineer IV (Job #LP-1114) to join the platform engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver successful software implementation to clients.
- Implement and configure the software to meet business requirements.
- Interpret the clients’ business needs related to the software, and provide consultative solutions.
- Analyze the functional impact of different configuration options and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Business Analysts, Technical Solutions, Quality Assurance, and Product.
- Build product knowledge through training, self-directed research/testing, and work with senior team members.
- Create custom reports using advanced query writing skills (SQL, advanced store procedures, performance tuning, and benchmark testing).
- Implement interface to third-party systems using XSLT, XML, and SQL technologies.
- Develop an expertise within the company’s provided software solutions, and communicate and train others with that expertise, both internally and externally.
- Produce documentation appropriate for both a technical and business-facing audience.
- Assume responsibility for the completion of assigned tasks, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Analyze Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and Fund Finance compliance.
- Deliver information in a clear and accurate manner across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
Requirements
- Work experience to include: (1) 5 years of experience (or 7 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree) with SQL, T-SQL or direct coding. (2) 5 years of experience (or 7 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree) in financial software implementation, project management, business analysis, or system delivery. (3) Private Credit market or Alternative Investment
- Any and all experience gained concurrently
- 40 hrs./wk. Salary: $132,000 to $215,000 per year

Education/Certifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in software engineering. Employer will accept pre- and post-Master’s degree experience (experience must be post-Bachelor’s degree).
- Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field and 7 years of progressive experience in software engineering in lieu of a Master’s degree or equivalent and 5 years of experience.

- The target compensation for this role is specific to the US. Your estimated compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, licensures and/or certifications and the local market. The estimated range for the role is $132,000 - $215,000 plus a year end bonus potential.
