As a Data Engineer you will be a key member of our global Data and Analytics team, responsible for maintaining and enhancing our enterprise data warehouse and system integrations. This role involves ingesting new data, building system integrations, and supporting BI reporting development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong data background, collaborate with subject matter experts and business leaders to elevate data-driven decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a continuous drive to learn. The right candidate will also help lead our agentic data initiatives and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our enterprise data fabric strategy.

Location: Hybrid / Remote (India)

Shift Hours: Standard US Eastern Time overlap required (6:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Pipeline & Integration Architecture: Design, build, and maintain robust enterprise data warehouse pipelines and MDM integrations using tools like Fivetran, Snowflake, Hightouch, and Informatica across diverse application databases.
  • Advanced SQL & Semantic Modeling: Write and optimize complex SQL queries, procedures, and data semantic models tailored for both Business Intelligence (BI) and AI/agentic data workflow consumption.
  • Global Data Solutions & Quality: Architect flexible, scalable data solutions that cater to regional needs while maintaining a global perspective; proactively test, verify, and schedule data jobs to ensure high standards of data quality and integrity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support: Partner with global business leaders and subject matter experts to gather requirements, manage implementation documentation in Jira, and resolve data inquiries via ServiceNow.
  • Data Enablement & Leadership: Act as a key member of the global Data and Analytics team by mentoring peers on data best practices, leading project initiatives, and effectively presenting data solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.


Job Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • :7+ years of experience writing, tuning, and optimizing complex SQL queries and procedures for enterprise OLAP/Data Warehousing environments
  • .3+ years of experience managing enterprise BI applications, syncing data for reporting, and implementing database/data warehouse design best practices
  • .Hands-on experience with tools like Fivetran, Snowflake, Hightouch, Informatica, or similar modern data integration platforms
  • .Working knowledge of AI/LLM tools, agentic data frameworks, or modern data fabric concepts is highly preferred
  • .Strong analytical skills to proactively troubleshoot complex data issues, identify root causes, and engineer solutions
  • .Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across multiple international time zones and cultures
  • .A team-first mindset paired with a clear sense of urgency and a continuous desire to learn new technologies
