The People Operations Senior Analyst, Compensation owns the operational delivery and continuous improvement of global compensation processes and programs. This role applies deep compensation knowledge and systems thinking to manage complex processes, including compensation cycles, job architecture, and data integrity. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the role partners with Compensation, People Technology, Finance, and People and Culture stakeholders. This role will deliver scalable solutions, ensure compliance, and improve the accuracy and effectiveness of compensation operations.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Own the operational execution of compensation cycles (including mid-year and annual processes), ensuring data accuracy, process integrity, and delivery.
- Translate Compensation COE program requirements into scalable operational processes.
- Lead operational readiness for compensation cycles, including data validation, issue resolution, and post-cycle audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Perform and improve audits across compensation, time tracking, time off, and employee data to ensure accuracy and readiness for downstream processes such as payroll.
- Partner with Payroll to ensure employee data, compensation changes, and time-related inputs are accurate and complete prior to payroll processing.
- Support time tracking and time off processes within Workday, ensuring correct configuration, data integrity, and alignment with company policies.
- Identify data discrepancies, process gaps, and system issues; investigate root causes and implement sustainable fixes in partnership with People Technology and Center of Excellence.
- Define and document requirements for system enhancements, improving automation, data accuracy, and process scalability.
- Analyze data, trends, and exceptions to identify risks and recommend operational improvements across compensation and workforce processes.
- Coordinate activities across teams during critical cycles or audits, providing guidance and ensuring alignment to timelines and quality standards.
What You'll Need to be Successful
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience, with 4+ years of experience in Compensation, HR Operations, or People Operations in a global or multi-country environment.
- Working knowledge of compensation practices, job architecture, and compensation cycle management.
- Hands-on experience using Workday, including compensation and job profile management.
- Experience with management of complex processes or projects
- Experience analyzing data, identifying risks or inconsistencies, and implementing process or system improvements.
- Experience Collaborating across functions and influence stakeholders to achieve effective outcomes.
