Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the book of accounts and manage customer invoicing data

• Perform reconciliation of customer accounts

• Handle PO and SOW updates as per project or client requirements

• Ensure timely and accurate billing

• Manage accounts receivables and follow-up on outstanding payments

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for billing-related queries

• Support GST and TDS application during invoicing and reporting

• Prepare basic financial reports and maintain documentation

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance support roles

• B.Com graduate with working knowledge of basic accounting principles

• Familiarity with GST and TDS concepts

• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting tools

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Good attention to detail and organizational ability
