This Account Executive drives net-new business growth for CentralSquare Technologies, identifying and winning public safety agencies that do not yet use CentralSquare's suite of software solutions. The Account Executive builds a pipeline of greenfield prospects across a defined territory covering Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho, and owns the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed contract.

What You'll Do:
- Hunts net-new logos across a defined territory, building a pipeline from cold outreach through close.
- Identifies agencies without a CentralSquare solution in place and positions the right products to meet their needs.
- Builds and maintains a high-performance sales pipeline of net-new opportunities; creates and nurtures a positive, professional brand presence in the territory.
- Uses Solution Selling strategies to uncover client needs and communicates the value of CentralSquare's platform with clarity and confidence.
- Travels to prospect sites, attends conferences and trade shows, runs discovery sessions, and coordinates product demonstrations for prospective new-logo clients.
- Logs all sales activity in Salesforce.com, managing opportunities, activities, and pipeline health with discipline.
- Partners with Pricing Managers and Sales Directors to build quotes and finalize contracts for new business.
- Leads and contributes to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) from prospective net-new clients.
- Tracks the competitive landscape and stays current on competitor products and positioning.
- Supports organizational improvement efforts and builds strong cross-departmental relationships.
- Maintains deep knowledge of the public sector industry, including trends, business practices, financial measurements, performance indicators, and key competitors. Contributes expertise to special projects as needed.
