About Dentira
Dentira is one of the fastest-growing, profitable healthcare startups transforming clinic operations across the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Our products simplify dental procurement, connect clinics with dental labs, and leverage AI to solve complex healthcare challenges such as Automatic Invoice Reconciliation and procedure cost prediction.
As we continue our journey towards 10X growth in the next three years, we're looking for passionate individuals who enjoy solving complex operational problems and driving execution at scale.
Role Overview
We're looking for a Technical Program Manager (5+ years) to lead execution across Procurement and Vendor Operations.
This is not a Product Management or Product Strategy role. Instead, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendors, removing blockers, tracking progress, and proactively communicating risks.
We're looking for someone who is highly organized, execution-focused, and naturally leverages AI tools to improve productivity, automate workflows, and transform data into meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end project execution across multiple teams.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and project tracking.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
- Prioritize work based on business impact and remove execution blockers.
- Monitor project health, communicate risks, and escalate issues proactively.
- Use AI tools to create dashboards, reports, and operational insights.
- Perform basic technical triage and coordinate with engineering teams.
- Improve operational processes, documentation, and workflows.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Business teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, Delivery Management, Project Management, or similar roles.
- Experience working in SaaS or fast-paced startup environments is preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Jira.
- Advanced Excel skills (Reporting, Pivot Tables, Dashboards).
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- AI-first mindset with experience using AI tools for productivity and automation.
- Basic understanding of software systems, APIs, logs, and technical workflows.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams across multiple time zones.
Must-Haves
- 5+ years in Program/Delivery Management.
- Strong ownership and accountability.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and vendors.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Agile, and Excel.
- AI-native mindset with a passion for automation and operational efficiency.
- Ability to proactively identify risks, solve problems, and drive execution.
- Comfortable collaborating with teams across the US, Canada, Australia, Europe, and India.
- Proactively identify risks and blockers before they impact delivery. A strong ownership mindset is essential—waiting for someone else to identify issues is not acceptable.
Meeting ownership
- Lead meetings confidently.
- Drive decisions.
- Write follow-ups.
- Close communication loops.
