We are recruiting for a Quantitative Analyst Manager to lead our cross-asset quantitative analytics team in Paris, within the TCM group. This is a hands-on leadership role: in addition to managing the team, you will actively contribute to the research, development, and implementation of quantitative solutions.

You will oversee a team of skilled quantitative analysts responsible for building and maintaining a Python-based analytics library that supports pricing, risk analysis, and market data construction across asset classes.

Responsibilities & Deliverables: Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3–5 quantitative analysts, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

  • Build, enhance, and maintain the pricing and analytics library, ensuring production-grade performance, robustness, and scalability.

  • Contribute directly to research and implementation efforts across asset classes, bringing hands-on expertise to quantitative challenges.

  • Collaborate with product managers to gather requirements, define scope, and maintain a transparent and prioritised roadmap.

  • Work closely with software engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of the pricing and analytics library into production systems.

  • Monitor market trends and academic research, incorporating relevant advancements into models, calibration frameworks, and methodologies.

  • Champion best practices in coding standards, version control, documentation, and automated testing to ensure long-term maintainability and quality.

Required Experience:

  • Undergraduate, Master’s or PhD in Finance, Mathematics or Physics

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in quantitative finance, including at least 2 years managing a quantitative analyst team.

  • Deep expertise in stochastic calculus, numerical methods and derivative pricing models.

  • Strong Python programming skills; hands-on experience building and maintaining pricing libraries.

  • Solid product knowledge in at least two of the following asset classes: Interest Rates, FX, Equity (cross-asset expertise strongly preferred).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
