What will you contribute?

Reporting to the hiring manager, the QA Automation Engineer Associate will create and execute product test plans to ensure software products meet design specifications and quality standards. You will also assist the Development team with process improvements to enhance product quality.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Your deliverables as a QA Automation Engineer Associate will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • UI test automation using a standard framework (nice to have: Squish / Selenium / Robot Framework)
  • Utilize test frameworks, create test plans, and implement test cases
  • Maintain and develop the testing platform based on Jenkins/Python
  • Perform tests against builds and test procedures
  • Write and execute performance test cases, compute KPIs and statistics, and report results
  • Maintain product versions, third-party components, and OS across different deployments (on-prem, Docker, Kubernetes) for internal and team use
  • Use AI tools in day-to-day activities and scripting

Required Experience:

  • Relevant academic background (ASE – Cybernetics faculty is a plus)
  • Knowledge of UI test automation
  • Familiarity with CI/CD test integration
  • Understanding of cloud ecosystems and GenAI tools
  • Troubleshooting experience and resourcefulness when facing new technical issues
  • Fluent in English – mandatory
  • Interest in the Fintech domain – an advantage
  • Experience in QA field – nice to have
