Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Associate with strong expertise in invoice processing and travel & expense management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetSuite and Concur, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and compliance with company policies.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner within NetSuite.
  • Review and validate expense reports in Concur, ensuring compliance with travel and expense policies.
  • Perform 3-way matching (PO, invoice, receipt) and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Monitor and manage AP aging reports; follow up on pending approvals and discrepancies.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable.
  • Maintain vendor records and ensure proper documentation for audits.
  • Respond to vendor and employee queries regarding payments and expense reimbursements.
  • Support process improvements and automation initiatives within AP and T&E functions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, including invoice processing and travel & expense management.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical and reconciliation abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems NetSuite/Coupa/Concur and Microsoft Excel.
