Job Title: Enterprise AI Specialist (Prompt Engineer & Agentic Systems)

Role Overview

We are seeking an Enterprise AI Specialist to serve as the primary catalyst for AI adoption across our application portfolio. This is not a traditional coding role; you will be an architect of intent. You will work directly with application owners to translate business "vibes"—abstract goals and functional desires into our enterprise applications using the latest in LLM-orchestration and agentic workflows.

Core Responsibilities

· Prompt Engineering & Orchestration: Design, test, and version-control complex system prompts to ensure consistent, high-quality model outputs.

• Training & Enablement: Lead workshops for application owners on how to effectively "speak" to AI to get the desired business outcomes.

• Prompt Architecture & Design: Develop complex, multi-turn system instructions using techniques like Chain-of-Thought (CoT), Tree-of-Thought, and ReAct (Reasoning + Acting) patterns.

• Prompt Evaluation (PromptOps): Establish a systematic "Golden Dataset" to run regression tests on prompts. Ensure that updates to the underlying model do not degrade output quality.

• Context Engineering: Optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines by refining how data is chunked, indexed, and injected into the prompt context window.

• Token & Cost Optimization: Audit and refine prompts to minimize token usage without sacrificing accuracy, ensuring fiscal responsibility in our API consumption.

• Safety & Adversarial Hardening: Implement robust "Guardrail Prompts" to prevent prompt injection, data exfiltration, and non-compliant model behavior.

• Intent Translation (Vibe-to-Code): Act as the technical translator for non-technical stakeholders, using natural language to rapidly prototype and iterate on application features.

• Agentic Workflow Management: Utilize AI coding environments (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Replit Agent) to build, debug, and deploy full-stack solutions at 10x traditional speeds.

Technical Skills & Qualifications :2-6Years

• Expertise in LLM Tooling: Deep familiarity with the current frontier models (OpenAI, Claude) and their specific strengths/weaknesses.

• Advanced Prompting Techniques: Mastery of Few-Shot, Zero-Shot, and Dynamic Prompting. Knowledge of when to use XML tagging or Markdown to improve model steerability.

• Model-Specific Nuance: Deep understanding of the "personality" and architectural differences between model families (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Open Source like Llama).

• Programmatic Prompting: Experience with orchestration frameworks like LangChain, DSPy (for algorithmic prompt optimization), or Semantic Kernel.

• Output Structuring: Ability to force models into strict schemas (JSON, YAML, Pydantic) for seamless integration with enterprise APIs.

• Model Context Protocol (MCP): Ability to connect AI models to internal enterprise data sources (Jira, GitHub, SQL databases) to provide grounding and context.

• Agentic Fluency: Highly proficient in "vibe coding" paradigms—using AI agents to manage file systems, terminal commands, and API integrations.

• Verification Skills: While you will use AI to generate code, you must possess the ability to read, audit, and debug the output to ensure it is secure and scalable.

• The "Vibe" Factor: A high degree of adaptability and a "builder" mindset; you prioritize functional outcomes and user experience over manual syntax writing.
