AI Solutions Architect

What will you contribute?

As part of the Architecture & Standards team in Finastra’s AI COE, the AI Solutions Architect provides the technical blueprints and standards necessary to keep the AI initiatives stable.

Responsibilities & Deliverables

Your deliverables as an AI Solutions Architect will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Design and develop comprehensive technical architectures for AI solutions that align with enterprise standards and business objectives

• Create and maintain architectural blueprints, patterns, and frameworks for AI implementations across the organization

• Establish and enforce technical standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for AI initiatives

• Evaluate and recommend AI technologies, platforms, and tools that support scalable and sustainable solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical architecture specifications

• Conduct architecture reviews and provide guidance to ensure solutions meet quality, security, and performance standards

• Document architectural decisions, design patterns, and technical specifications for AI projects

• Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies across AI initiatives

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams on architectural principles and standards

• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends to continuously improve architectural approaches

Required Experience

• Strong background in solution architecture with focus on AI/ML technologies and platforms

• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale AI solutions

• Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and modern architecture patterns

• Expertise in establishing technical standards, governance frameworks, and best practices

• Experience with data architecture, integration patterns, and API design

• Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and privacy considerations in AI implementations

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions

• Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences

• Experience working in cross-functional teams and influencing technical direction

• Track record of delivering stable, scalable, and maintainable AI solutions
