Role Purpose

This combined role delivers structured project and executive support for the Chief of Staff team, ensures smooth execution of priority initiatives, and manages the operating calendar. The analyst will drive process design and governance support, coordinating across teams to maintain efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project support for strategic initiatives, tracking actions, decisions, and follow-ups from key meetings and forums.
  • Manage operating calendar, meeting cadence, and sequencing, ensuring alignment with business priorities and impacts.
  • Support business process design analysis and mapping
  • Support preparation for governance forums including presentations, briefing materials, and papers.
  • Support governance by managing inputs, trackers, follow-ups, and maintaining consistent use of templates and standards.
  • Gather updates, deliverables, and inputs across teams, enabling efficient planning for offsites and key events.
  • Track actions through to completion, ensuring high-quality support for senior stakeholders.

Experience & Skills

  • 3–6+ years’ experience in project support, business operations, executive support, or governance roles.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • High standard of written communication and presentation support.
  • Comfortable working across senior stakeholders and complex initiatives.
