Purpose
The Workplaces Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of workplace services at a single site. The role ensures that employees experience a safe, functional, and welcoming workplace environment.
Coordination of on-site services, catering, maintenance and vendors.
Stakeholders: Regular interaction with employees, visitors, and service partners.
Key Accountability & Decision Ownership
Daily operations: Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, security, reception, and meeting room support.
Health & safety: Apply local H&S procedures, manage incidents, and escalate risks.
Service coordination: Monitor service requests and follow up on completion and quality.
Workplace support: Support desk booking, room setup, events, and employee queries.
Inventory & vendors: Manage local supplies, access passes, and vendor visits
Maintain Health & Safety compliance, audits, and incident reporting
Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Experienced in workplace operations, office management, or facilities support
Strong vendor management & negotiation experience
Knowledge of Health & Safety frameworks
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Practical, hands-on approach to problem solving.
Strong organizational and front-of-house / customer service skills.
