Financial Analyst,FP&A

We have an opportunity for a Financial Analyst,FP&A to join our Finance team in Mexico City, Mexico. In this pivotal role, you will support FP&A activities for a high-growth SaaS business, helping drive planning, forecasting, reporting, and business insights for leaders across the organization. You will partner closely with Finance teammates and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver timely analysis, improve financial visibility, and strengthen decision-making through disciplined modeling, systems usage, and data-driven storytelling.

You will also help modernize how Finance works by using planning tools such as Anaplan IFP and responsibly applying AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, automate repetitive analysis, and surface clearer business insights.

Hybrid or Remote. Hybrid preferred, with at least 2 days per week in our future Mexico City office. Remote candidates will be considered based on qualifications and fit.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

  • Own day-to-day work in Anaplan IFP - building and maintaining models, ensuring data quality, and improving planning workflows for OpEx and COGS functions
  • Help support monthly and quarterly OpEx and COGS reporting, including budget-versus-actual and forecast-versus-actual variance analysis with clear commentary on business drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • Support headcount and spend planning across assigned functions using Anaplan IFS models that reflect how the business actually operates
  • Provide secondary support for Product ACV and ARR reporting, helping track bookings and SaaS performance metrics during planning and forecast cycles
  • Prepare concise management reporting and presentation materials that translate financial data into actionable insights for Finance leadership and business partners
  • Use AI-enabled tools responsibly to reduce manual effort in recurring reporting, data validation, and commentary drafting - applying sound judgment to every output

Be Prepared — What You Bring

  • Proven hands-on experience with Anaplan IFS, with Anaplan Certified Model Builder L1 strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment, including hands-on work across budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, planning concepts, and key SaaS metrics such as ARR, bookings, churn, OpEx, and headcount drivers
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial models, large data sets, and multiple sources of information
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Comfort using AI tools (including Claude) in practical, responsible ways to improve finance workflows and insight generation
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field. We welcome candidates from diverse academic backgrounds, including the humanities and social sciences, who bring strong analytical and quantitative thinking to finance

  • Strengthen the team’s use of Anaplan, automation, and responsible AI to reduce manual effort and improve the speed and quality of decision support
  • Demonstrate ownership of recurring reporting, variance analysis, and planning support for your assigned areas
  • Identify and begin delivering at least one meaningful improvement in reporting efficiency, forecasting quality, or automation through systems or AI-enabled workflows

One Year

  • Be recognized as a trusted finance partner who delivers accurate analysis, reliable forecasts, and actionable business insight
  • Contribute meaningfully to planning cycles, scenario modeling, and process improvements that help Finance scale with the company’s growth
