People Operations Specialist II
We have an opportunity for a People Operations Specialist II to join our HR Operations team located in Bangalore, India, reporting to the Associate Manager of People Operations. In this pivotal role, you will provide HR support for the APAC region, managing Tier 1 HR , benefits, and absence inquiries. You will play a key role in delivering efficient employee services through ticket management, process documentation, and support of knowledge center development. Additionally, the People Operations Specialist will assist with HR projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.
Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do
- Manage HR tickets in ServiceNow (Ask HR) and provide timely responses to tier-1 core HR, benefits, and absence inquiries
- Process transactions in Oracle HCM Cloud and identify areas for automation to improve efficiency
- Develop and maintain clear, scalable documentation for HR processes, ensuring alignment with global policies and procedures
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and intelligent automation in day-to-day People Operations processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience
- Assist with building and maintaining the ServiceNow knowledge center, ensuring up-to-date and accessible information for Bloxers
- Provide specialized support tailored to the needs of APAC and India regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and cultural considerations
- Contribute to HR projects, focusing on process optimization and technology improvements
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all HR-related data and systems
- Support audit requests and contribute to ensuring that HR data and processes comply with relevant regulations for the region
Be Prepared — What You Bring
- Great attitude, pleasant demeanour, and passion for collaborating and working in a team environment to solve challenging problems
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, HRIS, or HR support, with experience in ticketing systems like ServiceNow or similar and HCM systems, Oracle preferred
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, Oracle HCM Cloud, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Comfortable with HR systems, analytics tools, and process automation
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools in HR or shared services environments, with a proactive mindset toward learning
- Proactive in identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements
- Ability to work cross-functionally with HRBPs, global HR teams, and other stakeholders
- Understanding of APAC- and India-specific labor laws, HR practices, and cultural nuances
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple priorities while navigating ambiguity
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
Be Successful — Your Path
First 90 Days:
- Immerse in Infoblox culture and build relationships with mentors (Blox Buddies)
- Map key systems and meet with stakeholders who rely on your work
- Discuss and define short‑term and long‑term goals
Six Months:
- Seamlessly manage HR tickets in ServiceNow (Ask HR) and process transactions in Oracle HCM Cloud with accuracy and within established SLAs
- Become the go-to expert for tier-1 HR, benefits, and absence support across APAC and India, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution of employee queries
- Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance HR processes, contributing to building a comprehensive knowledge center
- Establish strong partnerships with HRBPs, regional teams, and People Ops colleagues to improve workflows and solve challenges effectively
One Year:
- Be recognized as a reliable and proactive resource for tier-1 HR, benefits, and absence management across APAC and India with strong relationships across HR and regional teams
- Play a key role in the successful build-out and maintenance of the knowledge center, ensuring employees have easy access to accurate and helpful resources
- Lead and/or contribute to significant process optimization initiatives, driving efficiency and enhancing employee experiences
- Provide consistent and high-quality support for HR projects, including documentation, automation, and policy rollouts, showcasing excellent project management skills
