• Lead and manage the Accounting team both professionally and disciplinarily
• Oversee all accounting and tax matters for five entities in the DACH region and
Singapore
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with
UGB and IFRS
• Act as the key point of contact and interface for tax advisors and auditors
• Drive ongoing accounting projects and respond to ad-hoc inquiries
• Support the execution and documentation of intercompany transactions
• Independently enhance internal processes and ensure compliance
• Contribute to international strategic special projects
• Handle treasury-related activities

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax; tax advisor certification is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a tax consultancy or in accounting/tax within a
corporate environment
• Leadership experience preferred but not mandatory
• Strong expertise in Accounting & Tax
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as BMD, NetSuite, or SAP
• Solid IFRS knowledge
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Self-driven, solution-oriented, and a strong team player
• Interest in digitalization and AI
