About the role

We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market marketing for Invida across demand generation, events, webinars, content, website management, customer proof, and field marketing activity.

This is a broad, hands-on B2B SaaS marketing role for someone who combines strategic thinking with practical execution. The role is heavily focused on generating high-value pipeline and supporting long sales cycles through intelligent, targeted marketing.

This is not a high-volume lead generation role. Success comes from understanding buying committees, building trust and credibility, and finding opportunities to influence complex enterprise deals over time.

You will work closely with the Invida sales team and specialist agencies, acting as the dedicated marketing lead for Invida. Later this year, Invida will integrate with the Joblogic platform — creating strong opportunities for joint marketing and business development.

What your main focus will be

  • Own demand generation activity across inbound, outbound support, events, webinars, and nurture.
  • Work closely with sales and SDR teams to improve lead quality, progression, and conversion.
  • Support account-based marketing (ABM) activity targeting universities, NHS trusts, estates teams, and enterprise organisations.
  • Build campaigns around peer influence, customer proof, industry pain points, and operational outcomes.
  • Work with the Joblogic paid media team to support targeted campaigns where appropriate.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to increase pipeline value and shorten sales cycles.
  • Own the planning and execution of Invida events and field marketing activity end-to-end.
  • Deliver webinars, customer workshops, breakfast briefings, peer networking events, and trade show activity.
  • Manage logistics, invitations, speakers, venues, agencies, budgets, follow-up activity, and reporting.
  • Support major sector events across universities, healthcare, estates, and facilities management.
  • Work with customer advocates and reference accounts to build peer-led credibility.
  • Create and manage content including landing pages, email campaigns, webinar content, event materials, customer stories, thought leadership, and sales enablement materials.
  • Work with external agencies for PR and design to amplify Invida success stories.
  • Build a structured library of customer proof, references, testimonials, and case studies.
  • Ensure all messaging is credible, commercially focused, and relevant to enterprise and public-sector audiences.
  • Manage the Invida website and associated landing pages.
  • Use HubSpot and related platforms to track campaign performance, engagement, and pipeline contribution.
  • Support reporting and insight generation across campaigns and events.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations and RevOps teams on segmentation, automation, and reporting.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude and AirOps to improve marketing execution, campaign creation, research, workflow efficiency, and content development.
  • Apply AI practically across campaign planning, landing page creation, messaging development, event preparation, account research, and sales enablement.
  • Stay commercially practical and outcomes-focused when adopting new tools and workflows.
  • Work closely with Invida leadership, sales teams, Joblogic Growth, and product and operations teams.
  • Operate as an embedded marketing lead inside the Invida business while leveraging the scale and capability of the wider Joblogic organisation.
  • Act as the central marketing connector between Invida and the wider Joblogic Growth organisation.

What you bring

  • Solid experience in B2B marketing with a strong track record across demand generation, events, content, and campaign management.
  • Proven experience managing events end-to-end, including logistics, agencies, speakers, budgets, and follow-up.
  • Experience working closely with sales and SDR teams to drive pipeline quality and conversion.
  • Strong written communication and content creation skills.
  • Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesloft, Apollo.io, or Lemlist.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment with strong commercial awareness.

Nice-to-have points

  • Experience marketing into facilities management, estates management, property, healthcare, universities, or the public sector.
  • SaaS or enterprise software marketing background.
  • Light paid media experience.
  • Experience supporting account-based marketing programmes.
  • Experience using AI-enabled marketing workflows.
  • Background in PE-backed or high-growth business environments.

Remuneration package and benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Hybrid working (Digbeth, Birmingham)
  • Clear career progression opportunities
  • Learning and development through Joblogic Academy
  • Collaborative and fast-paced sales environment
  • Free snacks, parking, and regular team socials

About Joblogic

Established in 1998, Joblogic is the UK’s #1 Field Service Management (FSM) software platform. We are a global business with offices in the UK, Pakistan, and Vietnam. Since our management buy-out in 2013, we have grown from ~£500K ARR to £35M+ ARR and expanded our team from 11 to 500+ people.

Recently, we secured a strategic growth investment from Vista Equity Partners — a global technology investor specialising in enterprise software. This investment includes over £100 million in new primary capital and will fuel our next phase of growth by accelerating our AI-first roadmap, expanding our platform into CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) capabilities, and supporting our expansion across Europe and beyond.

With Vista’s backing, we’re transforming from a successful UK business into a global scaling SaaS rocket ship, and we’d love for you to join us on our journey to £100M ARR across international markets.

Joblogic provides software to service contractors who install and maintain the built environment. Our platform helps businesses streamline operations, improve profitability, ensure compliance, and achieve rapid growth.
