About the role

Demand Generation sits at the heart of Joblogic's commercial growth strategy. As Demand Generation Lead, you'll be responsible for turning marketing strategy into measurable pipeline by planning, orchestrating and continuously optimising integrated demand generation programmes across the full customer acquisition journey. Working alongside the Head of Demand Generation, you'll own the coordination and delivery of campaigns across multiple channels, collaborating with Brand, Product, Customer Marketing, Sales, SDRs, RevOps and our Shared Delivery & Automation Studio to ensure every campaign delivers commercial impact.

This is not simply a campaign management role. We're looking for someone who thinks commercially, enjoys solving problems, loves improving conversion rates and thrives on building repeatable growth engines.

You'll spend as much time analysing funnel performance, identifying optimisation opportunities and experimenting with new approaches as you will launching campaigns.

What your main focus will be

  • Support the Head of Demand Generation in developing and executing Joblogic's demand generation strategy across the full marketing funnel.
  • Translate strategic priorities into integrated marketing programmes that generate qualified pipeline and measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Balance long-term planning with agile campaign execution to ensure marketing remains responsive to changing business priorities.
  • Take ownership of the marketing contribution to qualified pipeline generation.
  • Measure campaign success through commercial outcomes rather than activity metrics.
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to understand where pipeline is created, where it leaks and where marketing can have the greatest commercial impact.
  • Continuously improve marketing efficiency through data-driven decision making and experimentation.
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels including paid media, outbound, email, webinars, events, partnerships, content and ABM.
  • Develop clear campaign briefs, define objectives and coordinate delivery through the Shared Delivery & Automation Studio.
  • Ensure campaigns remain aligned to commercial priorities, delivered on time and measured effectively.
  • Manage multiple concurrent programmes while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Own strategic account-based marketing programmes for enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with Sales and SDRs to develop personalised, multi-channel engagement strategies across priority accounts.
  • Coordinate messaging, outreach, content and campaign activity that creates opportunities within named accounts.
  • Continuously optimise ABM programmes using insight and performance data.
  • Develop and coordinate joint demand generation campaigns with technology partners, industry associations and strategic partners.
  • Create integrated programmes that expand audience reach while maintaining a consistent customer experience.
  • Measure the commercial contribution of partner marketing initiatives.
  • AI Search Visibility (AirOps)
  • Clay for prospect research and enrichment
  • AI SDR Agents to improve marketing-to-sales engagement
  • AI-assisted campaign planning and content production
  • Marketing automation and intelligent workflows

What you bring

  • Experience delivering demand generation programmes within a B2B SaaS organisation.
  • Strong commercial understanding of marketing's role in revenue generation.
  • Experience planning integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing and full-funnel demand generation.
  • Excellent campaign planning and project coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting marketing performance data.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using AI within marketing workflows.
  • Experience with Clay, AirOps or similar AI-powered GTM tools.
  • Knowledge of outbound marketing and SDR collaboration.
  • Event marketing experience.
  • SaaS or Field Service Management experience.
  • Experience working within high-growth technology businesses.

Nice-to-have points

  • Background in UK SaaS businesses at £10M to £60M ARR: close enough to our stage to have relevant scar tissue
  • Experience with deal registration and MDF budget management
  • G-Cloud or procurement framework experience
  • Familiarity with FSM, CAFM, trades, or SME vertical SaaS: Xero, Sage, COINS, or similar buyer profiles
  • Former AE or account manager who moved into partnerships: strong commercial instincts and CRM discipline

Remuneration package and benefits

  • We're looking for someone who is naturally curious about growth and enjoys finding better ways to generate demand.
  • You'll be commercially minded, analytical and proactive, always looking beyond campaign delivery to understand how marketing contributes to business performance.
  • You'll enjoy experimenting, testing ideas and learning quickly from results.
  • You're highly organised, collaborative and comfortable working across multiple teams, bringing people together to deliver exceptional marketing programmes.
  • Most importantly, you'll thrive in an environment where strategy, technology and AI combine to create measurable commercial growth.

About Joblogic

Established in 1998, Joblogic is the UK's #1 Field Service Management (FSM) software platform. We are a global business with offices in the UK, Pakistan, and Vietnam. Since our management buy-out in 2013, we have grown from ~£500K ARR to £35M+ ARR and expanded our team from 11 to 500+ people.

Recently, we secured a strategic growth investment from Vista Equity Partners — a global technology investor specialising in enterprise software. This investment includes over £100 million in new primary capital and will fuel our next phase of growth by accelerating our AI-first roadmap, expanding our platform into CAFM capabilities, and supporting our expansion across Europe and beyond.

With Vista's backing, we're transforming from a successful UK business into a global scaling SaaS rocket ship, and we'd love for you to join us on our journey to £100M ARR across international markets.
