About the Role

We’re looking for a Data Enrichment Coordinator to help build and maintain a world-class sales and marketing database. In this role, you’ll ensure our contact and company data is accurate, complete, and up to date, enabling Sales and Marketing teams to spend less time researching and more time engaging customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed, investigative work and is eager to grow a career in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business Development while gaining hands-on experience with industry-leading tools.

Job Description

• Research, validate, and enrich contact and company data across sales and marketing systems
• Clean, update, and maintain records in tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot
• Identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing fields
• Follow established data standards, naming conventions, and workflows
• Ensure data accuracy to minimize downstream impact on Sales and Marketing teams
• Support ongoing data quality initiatives that reduce friction and improve efficiency

Qualifications

Must Have Skills

1–3 years of experience in a data-driven, administrative, sales support, or marketing support role, Bachelor’s degree required

• Strong proficiency with Salesforce.com and experience with tools such as Demandbase, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar platforms
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large volumes of data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish required

• Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets
• Strong spreadsheet skills
• Resourceful with AI tools to support research and enrichment
• Investigative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to spot inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing data
• Discipline to follow data standards and naming conventions
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities
• Sound judgment to assess when data is reliable versus questionable
