Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Healthcare Regulatory & Compliance Specialist I to support the development and maintenance of healthcare compliance resources used by organizations across the U.S. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, organization, content creation, and leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and productivity.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and update healthcare compliance policies, checklists, forms, and guidance documents.
• Research and interpret federal and state healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Organize and maintain compliance resources for accurate searchability and document management.
• Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and similar technologies) to streamline research, proofreading, formatting, and content development.
• Collaborate with internal teams on compliance-related projects and deliver assignments on time.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and content consistency.
  
  

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, compliance, regulatory, documentation, or related environments.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Expertise in high-volume document assembly and meticulous proofreading, ensuring all deliverables are polished and error-free. Proven ability to strictly adhere to complex department style guidelines to maintain brand consistency and professional standards.
• Must have basic knowledge of AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and how to integrate generative AI into daily workflows to improve accuracy and reduce turnaround times - required.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience with healthcare compliance, privacy, or regulatory programs.
• Familiarity with CMS, Joint Commission, AAAHC, CARF, or similar accreditation standards.
• Experience creating or adapting policies, templates, checklists, or compliance resources.
• Experience leveraging AI, LLMs, NLP, or automation tools for research, documentation, or workflow optimization.
• AI certification, healthcare compliance certification, or healthcare licensure.

Compensation

$20,000 – $22,000 MXN monthly (based on experience and qualifications).
