Bangalore, India | Individual Contributor | Reports to Sr. Manager, Systems Engineering

We are seeking a Systems Administrator, GTM Systems to serve as the platform expert across our marketing and sales engagement stack and a trusted operational partner to Marketing, Sales, SDR, and RevOps. This role will own day-to-day administration of and production support across the GTM systems landscape in a scaled, dual-motion SaaS environment. You will operate in close partnership with a dedicated Business Product Manager who owns the project and enhancement backlog, and you will be the hands-on administrator responsible for execution, support, configuration, and platform health.

What You Will Do

GTM Systems Administration

  • Own administration of the GTM systems stack including Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, RingLead: user management, permissions, configuration, sequence and program management, and platform health
  • Maintain campaign, sequence, scoring, and call recording configurations as directed by Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and RevOps
  • Execute configuration changes and enhancements through established release and deployment processes in coordination with BPMs, Salesforce administrators, and Systems Engineering teams
  • Primary platform focus areas include lead management, engagement, enrichment, routing, and top-of-funnel operational workflows supporting Marketing, SDR, and Revenue Operations teams
  • Perform sandbox testing, validation, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect resolution
  • Monitor platform health proactively; identify sync failures, data integrity issues, and configuration gaps before they surface in pipeline reporting or rep workflows
  • Maintain documentation, runbooks, and configuration standards so the stack is supportable and decisions are traceable
  • Manage and triage GTM systems support requests through Jira and established intake processes, ensuring issues, enhancement requests, and operational tasks are documented, prioritized appropriately, and resolved within defined service level expectations

Integrations & Salesforce Connectivity

  • Maintain integrations between GTM systems and Salesforce so lead, contact, account, opportunity, and activity data flow cleanly across the stack
  • Administer and optimize lead-to-account matching, deduplication, routing, and enrichment workflows using RingLead and related GTM data management tools
  • Partner with the Salesforce administration and engineering team on integration changes, sync issues, and data model decisions that affect GTM tools
  • Own the configuration of enrichment, deduplication, and lead routing workflows in coordination with Marketing operations and Salesforce admins

Data Quality & Adoption

  • Run regular data quality checks across GTM systems: lead and contact data, campaign attribution, activity capture, and call recording coverage
  • Execute data remediation tasks across the GTM stack: deduplication, enrichment runs, mass updates, and routing corrections, following established governance
  • Support GTM team adoption: triage rep and marketing user issues, partner with enablement on training content, and surface adoption gaps to the BPM and RevOps stakeholders
  • Support Marketing and Sales reporting through clean, well-structured data in the source systems so downstream dashboards reflect reality

Partnership & Delivery

  • Partner closely with GTM systems backlog managers: contribute technical feasibility, scope, and effort input; validate acceptance criteria; execute against prioritized work
  • Partner with the broader Systems Engineering team — Salesforce administrators, engineers, and other systems administrators — on cross-system integration design, shared platform standards, and change management discipline that keep the connected stack healthy
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to translate operational pain points into well-scoped configuration changes
  • Stay current on platform releases, new features, and best practices across your tech stack, bringing forward recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM systems administration, marketing operations, or sales operations in a SaaS environment serving both enterprise and self-serve customers
  • Deep hands-on experience with Marketo: program and campaign management, lead scoring, smart lists, nurture configuration, and Salesforce sync
  • Hands-on experience administering core GTM platforms across sales engagement, revenue intelligence, and data enrichment categories (e.g., Outreach or Salesloft; Gong or Chorus; ZoomInfo, Clearbit, or RingLead) including user management, sequence and recording configuration, CRM integration, and data quality workflows such as enrichment, deduplication, and routing
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce data architecture and GTM objects (Lead, Contact, Account, Campaign, Opportunity, Activity) sufficient to troubleshoot integrations, maintain sync integrity, support routing logic, and partner effectively with Salesforce administrators and engineers
  • Hands-on experience configuring workflow automation and integrations across GTM platforms using APIs, webhooks, Workato, or similar automation tooling
  • Experience operating in a model where a Product Manager, BPM, or RevOps lead owns the enhancement backlog
  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments with both sales-led and product-led revenue motions

Preferred

  • Adobe Certified Marketo Engage Expert, Architect, or equivalent
  • Experience with Workato or equivalent iPaaS for GTM workflow automation and cross-system integration
  • Experience with LeanData or RingLead for lead-to-account matching and routing logic
  • Hands-on experience with adjacent marketing tools such as Qualified, UserGems, Clay, Intercom, etc.
