ABOUT ROLLKALL

RollKall was founded by a retired police officer with one goal in mind: help public safety professionals—police, firefighters, EMTs—connect with their communities through something called off-duty work. These are extra-duty jobs that enhance local safety while putting some extra cash in first responders’ pockets.

We built the platform that makes it easy, efficient, and trusted—for departments, officers, and the organizations that need them.

POSITION OVERVIEW

You’re in sales. You sell. You take what we offer and share it with public safety agencies in a way that clicks. No fluff, no jargon parade. If you’re successful, the financial rewards are strong—just like in any good sales role.

Heads-up: there’s travel involved. If the idea of hopping on a flight now and then makes you groan, this probably isn’t your thing. We go where the deals are.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Sell to public safety agencies (yes, this one’s important)

Navigate city, county, and state procurement processes like a pro

Build trust with stakeholders from City Managers to Council Members

Draft compelling, clear responses to RFPs and government documentation

Stay calm and strategic in the face of inevitable red tape

Deliver product demos that are memorable for all the right reasons

Guide deals from pitch to signature with finesse and focus

YOUR SUPERPOWERS

You know what makes you good—and you use it

You’re comfortable being a little uncomfortable (hello, growth)

You're a natural public speaker who can command a room of skeptics and make them glad you did

You actually listen, and then tailor your pitch accordingly

You know how to build a territory from the ground up, not just inherit one

You don’t see blockers—just puzzles waiting to be solved

You can outwork the workhorses and outthink the strategists
