The Role
As an Executive Assistant at StarRez, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to multiple members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This is a highly visible role where you will act as a trusted partner, helping leaders manage priorities, time, and communication to drive alignment and execution across the business.
You will be proactive, highly organized, and adaptable, with the ability to navigate competing priorities across different leaders and functions. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage complex and sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality. You will regularly engage with internal and external stakeholders, representing ELT members with professionalism and ensuring smooth coordination across teams and initiatives.
Role Specifics
- Work Location: US - Remote
- Travel: 10% (The percent of travel is an estimation, and it could vary up or down based on business needs throughout the year.)
- Reporting Structure: This role reports to the Executive Assistant to the CEO.

What You Will Own
- Manage and optimize complex, overlapping schedules for multiple ELT members, balancing competing priorities and ensuring each leader is well-prepared for meetings, presentations, and key commitments.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel across ELT members, including end-to-end logistics, itinerary management, and proactive contingency planning.
- Prepare high-quality briefing materials, presentations, and reports to support executive decision-making, leadership meetings, and external engagements.
- Serve as a key point of contact for ELT members, maintaining professional communication with internal and external stakeholders, and handling sensitive information with a high level of discretion.
- Draft, review, and edit executive communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards.
- Anticipate the needs of multiple leaders, proactively identifying conflicts, risks, and opportunities to improve efficiency and alignment across teams.
- Coordinate leadership team meetings, offsites, and strategic initiatives, including agenda management, logistics, and follow-up on action items.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of executive administrative experience, including supporting multiple senior leaders or C-suite executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively across different leadership styles and functions.
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to understand and align to shifting executive priorities.
- High level of discretion, sound judgment, and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Slack).
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when required to support executive needs.
