ABOUT YOU:
We are seeking a seasoned IT Systems Engineer & Jamf Administrator based in Metro Manila, with primary focus on managing macOS environments via Jamf Pro, alongside responsibilities in Windows support, endpoint management, Office 365, Zoom Phone, hardware asset tracking, and corporate applications. This role will collaborate closely with internal technology teams and our Managed Services Provider (MSP), which delivers 24/7/365 service desk support and global network monitoring across all company locations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
🔹Jamf Pro & macOS Administration Manage the day-to-day operations:

- Monitor Jamf Pro server health, apply updates and backups, and address security vulnerabilities.
- Deploy and update macOS devices and applications; enforce encryption (FileVault) and compliance standards.
- Develop and manage binaries and configuration packages via scripting (Bash, Python, AppleScript).
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for Mac-related incidents and mentor helpdesk engineers on Jamf workflows.
- Collaborate with security teams to remediate vulnerabilities identified via tools like Rapid7 or Crowdstrike.
- Maintain thorough documentation: Jamf server configurations, scripts, policies, change logs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provision employee hardware remotely when necessary.
🔹 Windows Support & Endpoint Management
- Tier 3 escalation support for Windows systems.
- Assist with Microsoft Intune: software/hardware deployments, policy creation, app updates, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Provision employee hardware remotely when necessary.
🔹 Network & VoIP Systems
- Serve as the Manila-based escalation point for Meraki network infrastructure.
- Coordinate with the MSP on ongoing monitoring, issue resolution, and improvements in the Manila office environment.
- Administer Zoom Phone: license provisioning, call flows, end-user onboarding, maintenance, and issue resolution.
🔹 Corporate Applications Administration
- Manage and support access, configuration, and troubleshooting for corporate tools such as 1Password, Zoom Workspace, Zoom Phone, and other SaaS-based enterprise applications.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to provision and de-provision users in line with IT policies.
- Maintain accurate application records and contribute to improving automation and documentation of app processes.
🔹 Asset Tracking & Inventory Management
- Maintain and update the global hardware asset tracker, ensuring accurate records of assigned devices, returns, and refresh cycles.
- Reconcile inventory for remote and in-office users in alignment with lifecycle and compliance practices.
- Collaborate with procurement and support teams to support device logistics, audits, and reporting.
🔹 Email Migrations & Licensing Support
- Support tenant-to-tenant (Google → Microsoft) mail migrations. Document each phase meticulously.
- Assist IT leadership with license audits and IT budgeting activities.
🔹 MSP Collaboration & Cross-Team Support
- Work closely with our MSP, which provides 24/7/365 global service desk support and real-time monitoring of our network infrastructure.
- Escalate issues appropriately and follow up on resolution for end users across time zones.
- Align with MSP processes for ticket routing, troubleshooting, and service documentation.
🔹 Cross-Team Collaboration & Mentorship
- Train and coach Help Desk staff on Jamf processes, endpoint tools, and escalation handling.
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for macOS device lifecycle management.
