ABOUT YOU:

We’re seeking a PPC Lead to own strategy, execution, and performance across paid search (primarily Google Ads) and complementary channels. You’ll set the vision, manage budgets, guide a small team/partners, and be accountable for hitting growth and efficiency targets for a portfolio of SMB clients across North America.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • PPC Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other paid search platforms. Ensure campaigns are optimized to meet business goals and KPIs.
  • Campaign Optimization: Regularly monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize performance. This includes adjusting bids, targeting, ad copy, and keywords to ensure high-quality traffic and increased conversions.
  • Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify the most relevant and high-performing keywords for campaigns. Develop bidding strategies and structure campaigns to improve overall performance.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track key metrics such as clicks, conversions, impressions, and ROI. Provide reporting and regular feedback to leadership and key stakeholders, highlighting performance insights and areas for improvement.
  • Team Management: Oversee a team of US and offshore staff with diverse skill sets, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Agency Manager and other digital marketing specialists to deliver accurate and timely reports.
  • Client Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports to showcase results and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Stay Updated on Digital Marketing Trends: Keep up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and features across all Paid Search platforms. Recommend and implement new strategies or tactics as needed.
