Our clients are continuously evolving their financial processes and rely on Vena to support those changes over time. Following implementation, they look to our Customer Adoption team to help optimize, extend, and scale their use of the platform.
As part of this team, Associate Consultants play a critical role in executing post-implementation configuration work that supports customer adoption and ongoing value realization. Partnering closely with Technical/Customer Adoption Managers, Associate Consultants configure and enhance existing Vena solutions, ensuring they remain accurate, efficient, and aligned to best practice use cases.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Execute post-implementation configuration and optimization for assigned customer health plans in partnership with TAMs/CAMs.
- Configure, enhance, and maintain Vena data models, templates, reports, workflows, and integrations to support evolving customer needs.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of customer data feeds, aligned with solution design and health plan objectives.
- Deliver timely, high-quality configuration updates that drive product adoption and measurable value realization.
- Test, validate, and quality-check all configuration changes prior to release or customer enablement.
- Troubleshoot configuration, data, and performance issues, recommending scalable, sustainable solutions.
- Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify, and automate configurations to improve efficiency and reduce support effort.
- Document configuration approaches, assumptions, and changes to support customer transparency and internal continuity.
- Contribute to reusable templates, configuration patterns, and best practices to enable scale across the Customer Adoption team.
- Take ownership of adoption and retention KPIs (NRR/GRR, utilization metrics, adoption score) while demonstrating proactive, self-directed execution.
We'd Love to See
- 1-2 years of work experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)/Accounting and/or Software Implementation.
- A passion for continuously learning new technology, and improving business processes for our customers
- Resourcefulness and eagerness to learn and grow, takes initiative to find answers
- Excellent communication skills in English, proactively asks thoughtful questions, and demonstrates understanding of customer needs
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and present effectively with all levels in an organization
- Experience in applying problem solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Data Integration and data modeling experience, or a willingness to learn
- Experience or knowledge of database management (i.e. ETL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc
