How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead a team of 10-15 people who deliver professional services projects, ensuring we deliver a world class customer experience and effective business outcomes.
- Provide your Vena team product & solutioning advice and participating in customers calls that are strategic or in an escalated state.
- Achieve utilization target for yourself personally and support North American practice leaders by maximizing utilization of PS India resources
- Hire, coach and grow the team. Provide 1-on-1 guidance and regular feedback focused on employee growth.
- Maintain close alignment with Practice Leaders in North America and UK on project & people performance, project escalations and trends you observe within the PS India team. Concise and frequent communications ensure the team operates efficiently.
- Identify, facilitate and/or contribute to departmental initiatives that help scale the company such as methodology improvements, rollout of new tools and team enablement sessions.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Customer Adoption Management, Product Management and Sales as needed.
We'd Love to see
- 6+ years experience in a customer-facing implementation delivery team, of which 3+ years are with CPM/EPM products doing technical architecture and solutioning related to budgeting, reporting and consolidations
- 3+ years experience leading a team of direct reports, including facilitating career growth conversations.
- Experience leading initiatives that drive business improvements and efficiencies
- Clear and concise communicator both internally and externally, across all levels of an organization
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a calm demeanor throughout
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to be a self starter
- Ability to drive results while motivating a team to evolve and mature as goals evolve.
- Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies
