THE OPPORTUNITY
As an Inbound Sales Development Representative at Xactly Corporation, you’ll communicate with prospects that have come into the Xactly business by way of a variety of marketing programs and campaigns. You will be responsible for engaging these prospects by phone, email, and Linkedin to further develop an interest in Xactly’s solutions. You will leverage the latest and greatest in AI-native tools and applications to support your efforts.
THE TEAM
Xactly’s Lead Generation team is a tight-knit and growing team, looking to expand and add individuals with diverse backgrounds. Our team’s goal is to support Sales and Marketing’s missions to help drive quality pipeline for the organization.
THE SKILL SET
BS/BA and 0-2 years of relevant sales experience preferred; internship experience will be taken into consideration
Previous customer or prospect engagement and/or cold calling experience required
Results driven & competitive nature
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external clients
Outstanding time management skills
Ability to learn and understand new products and technology
