About the Role – Lead Platform Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Platform Innovation Specialist to join Xactly’s growing Product team. As a Platform Innovation Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in solving complex business challenges faced by Xactly customers and prospects by interpreting requirements, designing, building, and testing solutions on Xactly’s composable Intelligent Revenue Platform.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with internal teams, including Solutions Consulting and Product Management, to understand customer and prospect challenges, gather comprehensive requirements, and determine how Xactly’s Intelligent Revenue Platform can deliver a solution

• Rapidly develop high-quality, end-to-end demo assets on the Xactly platform, turning concepts and ideas into tangible, interactive demonstrations

• Deliver enablement to Solutions Consulting in preparation for customer and prospect demonstrations and contribute valuable insights to Professional Services for accurate project scoping

• Solicit feedback from Solutions Consulting and other cross-functional teams to understand what aspects of the demo assets resonate best with customers and prospects and iterate where appropriate

• Stay up to date on new product features and capabilities to incorporate into new and existing demo assets

• Identify and escalate risks, providing alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary

• Contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to drive excellence

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline)

• A proven track record with a minimum of 10+ years experience in Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture, Professional Services, or a related position

• Expert in SQL and a solid foundation in data modeling and database management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

• A passion for design and building software solutions and a talent for translating abstract ideas into interactive, user-friendly prototypes

• Adaptability and a proactive attitude, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments

• Demonstrated excellence in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines, even in the face of conflicting demands

• Enthusiastic and passionate about technology and innovation

• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Previous experience with platform application prototyping or application development is a plus

• Knowledge of Sales Planning, Sales Forecasting, Incentive Compensation and related domains considered an asset

• Experience with data visualization tools (eg; Tableau and Power BI) is a plus
