What You'll Own
• Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT/ETL pipelines that move data from source systems into our cloud data warehouse
• Develop and manage dbt models to transform raw data into clean, reliable datasets used across the organization
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Monitor and improve pipeline reliability, performance, and data quality across our data platform
• Contribute to data modeling best practices and help establish standards for how data is structured, documented, and governed
• Support the development of dashboards, metrics, and analytics tooling that enables self-service data access across teams
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and planning to contribute to a collaborative and high-quality engineering culture
• Other related duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
• 2+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a similar data-focused technical role
• Proficiency in Python for building and maintaining data pipelines
• Strong SQL skills and comfort working with relational databases such as MySQL and their schemas
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or another cloud data warehouse
• Experience with dbt or a similar transformation tool for data modeling
• Experience with ELT/ETL tools such as Stitch, Fivetran, or similar
• Comfort working with Git for version control and collaborative development
• Experience with pipeline orchestration tools such as Dagster or Airflow
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude to accelerate workflows
• Strong communication skills with both business and technical acumen, and the ability to partner effectively across engineering, product, and business teams
• Familiarity with semantic layer or metrics-layer tooling, including experience with the Snowflake MCP server (preferred)
• Experience building dashboards or conducting business and product analytics (preferred)
• Familiarity with AWS or another cloud environment (preferred)
• Experience integrating data from CRM or business systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot (preferred)
• Experience working in a fast-growing SaaS company or startup environment (preferred)
This position is open to remote candidates eligible to work in the United States. Week 1 of onboarding is in-person, based out of our Concord, MA office. A hybrid work schedule will be offered if the ideal candidate is based near our Concord, MA office. Additional travel may be required for meetings, company events, and training.
Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 annually
Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skill set, geographic location, and alignment with our internal compensation framework. This role is also eligible for additional benefits and incentives.
